Meet Steve, a qualified Mindfulness coach and the creator of Mindfulness South Devon. Steve truly cares about helping people with their mental health and overall wellbeing. He has dealt with living with a long term condition himself, and is dedicated to supporting others. Steve has experience as a Samaritan, and currently works as a volunteer HOPE Programme facilitator, volunteer Health coach and is a certified mental health first aider.

Our certified and registered tutor can provide tailored sessions or organized 4-week beginner courses and 8-week comprehensive programs, held in safe and supportive settings, or online if desired.

At Mindfulness South Devon, our half day, Retreat breaks, offer a peaceful and relaxed setting for you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our retreats are designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with your inner self.
